Vehicles gain new life by helping build Habitat for Humanity Homes

                                                                                                                                                       Through Habitat for Humanity International,  arrangements have recently been made for people to donate vehicles to their local affiliate.  Donated cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles and RV's and other vehicles are sold and the funds raised are used to help build simple, decent, affordable Habitat homes for one of our low-income partner families in Hendricks County.

Donors receive an acknowledgement letter for each vehicle donated.  This donation may be use for tax purposes by people who itemize deductions.  Donors should contact their tax attorney or accountant for tax advise.  For information on how you may potentially qualify for tax benefits for your vehicle donation,  call Habitat for Humanity Cars for Homes at 1-877-277-4344 or visit www.carsforhomes.org.
