Construction Superintendents for our 2006
building season: We are currently recruiting Construction Superintendents for our 2006 building season. These individuals will report to the Construction Coordinator and be responsible for overseeing the actual construction of a home by working with volunteers during construction. Most of the work will be on Saturdays during the period of April through August. This is a volunteer position and requires an individual with some knowledge of construction. This position can be a very rewarding experience working with volunteers who come out to build houses for habitat families and with the family who will live in the house after it is completed.
This position can be a
very rewarding experience for a recently retired individual who is
looking for some purpose in his/her life following retirement. More
information can be obtained by contacting Craig Brighton, Executive
Director at (317) 272-1405 on Tuesdays or Thursdays or Dave
Chenault at (317) 272-1405 M - F. Construction foremen for 2006

These positions report to a Construction Superintendent and can be very rewarding for some one who wants to give something back to the community through the Habitat spirit.
